Aimee believes that everyone deserves a zealous advocate by their side when they are in the unfortunate position of being charged with or suspected of a crime. Aimee became a lawyer because she wanted to help people who are faced with just such challenging situations.
Aimee spent more than seven years as a public defender representing thousands of clients accused of crimes ranging from shoplifting to murder. Whether at the felony or misdemeanor level, she always worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. As a public defender she had many trial successes, including not guilty verdicts in cases ranging from drug delivery to sex crimes. Just as importantly, however, she focussed on negotiating the best resolution for her clients who were not bound for trial.
