Jeff practices criminal defense and family law in Wisconsin. His office is in Madison. Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991. He received his B.S. in history in 1987.

As an attorney in Turke & Steil’s estate planning practice, my aim is to help clients take pride in the legacies they will leave behind by crafting estate plans that are understandable, holistic, and efficient. All families come with their own dynamics and respectfully navigating those dynamics are what great estate plans do, in my opinion. Experienced in all aspects of the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate; declarations of covenants, easements, restrictions, and servitudes; leases and lease disputes; prescriptive easements and adverse possession; contested probate, trusts, and estates; and forming LLCs and other business entities.

Current practice consists primarily of advising individuals and small business regarding insolvency and debt relief, and representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases filed in the Western and Eastern District of Wisconsin. Daily practice includes client counseling, exemption planning, preparation of schedules and statements, and litigation regarding exemptions, liens, transfers, and preferences under Sections 522, 544, 547 and 548 of the Bankruptcy Code. Litigation practice also includes representing clients in the trial and appeal of adversary actions, most typically claims brought against debtors under Section 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(2)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Paisley Hoffman is an Associate Attorney with Nicholson Goetz & Otis, S.C., where she represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including: Criminal defense Divorce Paternity Post-judgment custody and placement disputes Child in need of protection or services (CHIPS) Delinquency Injunctions She serves as advocacy counsel in such cases at the urging of a Dane County Judge. Tim Greenwood grew up in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, before moving to Oshkosh for undergraduate, and then Milwaukee to attend Marquette University Law School. After graduating Tim worked as a Family Law Contract Attorney for a private firm in the Milwaukee area before joining LaRowe Gerlach Taggart LLP in 2019 until 2021.
