Thomas D. Coe has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University. Jessica Ferreira is the founding partner at Ferreira Legal. Her practice is based in Seattle and she serves clients located in the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma. She graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida.
