Jessica Ferreira

Jessica Ferreira is the founding partner at Ferreira Legal. Her practice is based in Seattle and she serves clients located in the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma. She graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida. There she gained invaluable immigration experience. ?As a recipient of a Florida Bar Public Service Fellowship, she began studying immigration with the Colombian American Service Association (CASA) in Miami, Florida under the supervision of the legal director. During her three months with CASA, she researched the Immigration and Nationality Act and attended master calendar hearings with the legal team. Jessica then served proudly as a student attorney in the St. Thomas University School of Law Immigration Clinic, representing clients and successfully litigating several cases. She now serves the Puget Sound as a licensed attorney. She represents clients in a number of immigration matters including removal defense for detainees at Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma. Jessica is a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar and is licensed to practice law before any immigration court in the United States. She is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the American Bar Association, and the King County Bar Association (KCBA). She volunteers her legal services for Northwest Immigrants Rights Project (NWIRP) and the KCBA Neighborhood Legal Clinic located downtown at the King County Public Law Library.
