Danielle Taylor is a Board Certified attorney in Estate Planning & Probate with a strong background in business law. A former business litigator, Danielle frequently advises business owners and executives on how to thoughtfully align their companies with their personal estate plans. She also serves as outside general counsel for a number of local businesses. During law school, Danielle earned multiple accolades, including top honors in national and regional moot court competitions and served as the Senior Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, Jennifer was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where she worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen.

Max Chamberlain is a native Texan. Working and residing in Central Texas, he specializes in providing Estate Planning advice and services to the local communities of New Braunfels, San Marcos, Buda, Austin, and surrounding areas. Max enjoys providing local communities with free estate planning seminars. He also provides probate services, such as filing a small estate affidavit, determining heirship, and probating wills. Prior to starting his practice, he gained experience at a highly reputable estate planning law firm where he learned about the probate process and basics of estate planning. He also has experience in civil litigation and in mediation.
