John Mallios completed his Doctorate of Juris Prudence from Salmon P. Case, College of Law in 1978. After his successful completion of the Texas Bar Exam, he became a licensed attorney in all state and federal courts in all districts in the state of Texas in May of 1979.

For over 40 years, John C. Mallios & Associates has successfully represented business organizations and various plaintiffs in Texas and other states throughout the country. Ms. Forehand is proud to be a sixth generation Texan. Mary was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas before attending the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate education. While there, Mary earned dual degrees in English and government, ultimately graduating summa cum laude. Mary returned to Lubbock in pursuit of a legal education and received her Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
