Prior to entering the practice of law, Bobby L Phillips had a career in the corrections industry that spanned over 27 years. Bobby served as deputy warden and/or Senior Warden at multiple state and private correctional facilities. Having returned to his southeast texas home of Livingston, he now practices law in the area and is dedicated to providing honest and affordable representation to his clients. In addition to his law practice Bobby is a well regarded public speaker; speaking on his interesting background, career, family and faith.

Barrett comes from a family that has long been a part of the East Texas area. Barrett was born and raised in Tyler. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and played catcher for the school’s baseball team. After high school, Barrett attended Texas A&M University where he earned a degree in Sociology as well as a minor in Business. Right after graduating from Texas A&M, Barrett attended South Texas College of Law. After receiving a bachelor's degree in psychology from Indiana University in 1979, I moved to Dallas to attend law school. I obtained my law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1982. I was in private practice until I joined the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office in 1985. I was assigned to the newly formed juvenile division in 1988, becoming the supervising attorney in 1995, and remained there until 2008 when I returned to private practice. The focus of my practice remains juvenile law.

I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. I bring new techniques and strategies to my cases.

Dakota Wrinkle is the managing attorney of Texas Landowner Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Wrinkle is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. Wrinkle obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with cum laude distinction in biology from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. Ms. Forehand is proud to be a sixth generation Texan. While her family’s military service made for a mobile childhood, the DFW metroplex has been her home for more than ten years and is where she received her post-secondary education, first as a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and then at Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth.
