Originally from Newport News, Virginia, Michael Scholl graduated from Old Dominion University in 1990 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 1993. Kevin E. Childress received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Austin Peay State University in 1991 and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1994. While in law school he was selected to be a member of the moot court debate team. Attorney Childress began his legal career as a Public Defender.
