I am an experienced criminal defense attorney. I have tried twenty-five criminal jury trials involving controlled substances, drugs, murder, rape, robbery, DUI, and assault. I specialize in the criminal, circuit, and general sessions courts of Franklin (Williamson County) and Columbia / Mt. Pleasant (Maury County) Tennessee.

Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Texas.

Kevin E. Childress received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Austin Peay State University in 1991 and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1994. While in law school he was selected to be a member of the moot court debate team. Attorney Childress began his legal career as a Public Defender. He entered private practice in 1997 as a general practitioner with the late J.C. McLin. Upon McLin being appointed as a Judge in 2000, Attorney Childress established his own practice.
