James obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Trust Management from Campbell University in May, 1986. Prior to attending law school, James was a Personal Banker and Assistant Branch Manager with Wachovia Bank. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1990 from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. Whitney Hosey focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, estate and trust planning, and communication and privacy law. Whitney earned her B.A. in History and Government from the University of Virginia. After graduating, she worked as an advertising executive in New York City where she managed advertising campaigns for Lowes Home Improvement and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
