Jennifer Duitsman Coy graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. My real estate practice has included considerable work in the area of Condominium Law besides work in title issues, transfers, and development matters.

I have enjoyed a small town general law practice for my entire career. Advising real estate, business and elderlaw clients presently gives me the most satisfaction in my business; but in a rural community where many different client needs require diligence and ingenuity, I enjoy the daily challenge of helping solve people's problems.
