Celena R. Nash is an experienced real estate lawyer who has represented clients in the South Florida community for over a decade. Mrs. Nash focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters, homeowners and condominium association transactions and negotiations and general commercial litigation. In addition, Ms. Nash serves as the general counsel for corporations, advising them of compliance and contract issues and of applicable local, state and federal regulations. Ms. Nash is admitted to the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Jessica R. Palombi is a licensed attorney in Florida and Pennsylvania. She devotes the majority her time to Condominium and Homeowners Association, Real Property, Small Business, and Estate Planning matters. She believes in being responsive and available to her clients and in providing individualized attention to each matter. Jessica is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor's degree from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia and her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. Michael LeRoy is a Missouri native, born in the city of Independence. In 1989, Michael LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Nebraska. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, having graduated from there, with high honors, in 1993. He is now the managing partner and a founding partner of law firm Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee, Baumann, which has several offices throughout Florida.
