Having earned a Masters degree in Heritage Preservation, I focus my practice in historic preservation and cultural resource matters when feasible. I also practice in estate planning and administration (including both contested and non-contested cases). When possible, I try to merge the practice areas focusing on estates with a historic resource component (rare books, artwork, artifacts, historic property).

I have been in practice since 1992. My practice primarily focuses on probate, guardianship and probate litigation. I have handled numerous hearings and jury trials throughout the State of Georgia from Savannah to Dalton. I have also handled appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court for my clients. My firm is a small firm specializing in superior service to our clients.
