After graduating from University of Northern California, Lorenzo Patino School of Law in 1998 and passing the CA State Bar exam the following year, I worked briefly doing criminal defense. Realizing this was not the type of law for me, I decided to set up my own law practice, specializing in two areas of law, bankruptcy and trusts. These two fields have been rewarding to me, as both provide a positive outcome for the client.

Mr. Gin is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University ('71, Cum Laude, B.S., City and Regional Planning) and the McGeorge School of Law ('82, with distinction, Order of the Coif). He specializes in estate planning, probate, trust adminstrative, elder law, government, and creditor rights.
