Ben grew up in the Portland area and attended Central Catholic High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2004. He returned to Eugene in 2007 to begin his legal studies. Ben moved back to Portland in 2009 and immediately began working for Dawson and Dawson upon passing the Oregon Bar exam.

Ray was admitted to the bar in 1979 and is a member of the bars of the Oregon State and Federal courts. He obtained his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1979.

Before going to law school, Ray worked as a private investigator and in a variety of manual trades including equipment operator, welder’s apprentice, janitor and crew supervisor. Ray has focused his practice on injury cases including personal injury and product liability. He is an active member of the Washington, Oregon and American Trial Lawyers Associations and a frequent lecturer on legal issues for both the Oregon and Washington associations.

Damian is a personal injury lawyer in Oregon and California. Damian handles all types of personal injury cases from car accidents to dog bites and slip & falls. He has been practicing law since 2001 and is licensed to practice on Oregon and California.

Damian serves as a pro tem judge and a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Jackson County.

Damian’s past community service includes serving with La Clinica del Valle, the City of Central Point Planning Commission, Junior Comets, and Boy Scouts of America. He graduated from Santa Clara University in 1999. Damian is fluent in English and Spanish.
