Ben grew up in the Portland area and attended Central Catholic High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2004. He returned to Eugene in 2007 to begin his legal studies. Ben moved back to Portland in 2009 and immediately began working for Dawson and Dawson upon passing the Oregon Bar exam.

Ralph Rayburn has 35 years litigation experience. He handles personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and negligence claims involving doctors, hospitals and nursing care facilities. Ray was admitted to the bar in 1979 and is a member of the bars of the Oregon State and Federal courts. He obtained his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1979.

Before going to law school, Ray worked as a private investigator and in a variety of manual trades including equipment operator, welder’s apprentice, janitor and crew supervisor. Ray has focused his practice on injury cases including personal injury and product liability.
