Having represented thousands of clients in the southern Indiana since 2002, I take pride in providing a high level of legal knowledge and ability to my diverse area of clientele. My experience includes making oral argument before the Indiana Supreme Court and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. My practices focuses on legal work in several areas of law primarily south of Indianapolis and in Washington and surrounding counties. I have tried several matters to the local judges and several juries.

I am a former Federal Prosecutor, State Prosecutor, and Chief Deputy Prosecutor.
I have had extensive jury trial experience with all levels of criminal cases, from speeding to murder, both as a prosecutor and defense attorney.
I have successfully litigated civil cases regarding contracts, personal injury and products liability.
I am semi retired and limit my practice to cases that are of interest to me.

A St. Philip native, Erin Schmitt Tuley returned to the Evansville, IN area to practice law after receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, where she handled felony-level cases, prosecuting major violent felonies during the last few years of her career as a prosecutor. Erin joined her husband and father-in-law in practice in 2018. Erin also holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Southern Indiana.

Jonathan A. Leachman is a 1995 graduate of Bellarmine College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1998. Kaitlin Coons holds a B.A. with triple majors in Psychology, Communications, and Telecommunications from Indiana University and a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In law school, she served as the Assistant Chief Justice for her school’s moot court tournament and a tutor for the Dean’s Tutorial Society in Civil Procedure. She has experience in a wide variety of practice areas including: subrogation, criminal law, intellectual property, business law, and litigation. Kaitlin is licensed to practice in Indiana.

Norman was born in Indianapolis, Indiana where he attended Crooked Creek Elementary School and Westlane Junior High. Norman and his family moved to Nashville, Tennessee when he was 12 years of age.
