I am Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Business Litigation. I handle appeals of any of my trials and have quite a few appellate decisions that are reported decisions in the Florida and Federal Courts. The most recent opinion is Gibney v. Pillifant found at 32 So.3d 784 (2d DCA). I also handle cases in personal injury, defamation, and employment law. My immigration practice is based on Investment Visas and Family Visas as well as naturalization matters.

Mr. Zelman has resided in Collier County since 1979, raising his three children here. He is active in civic, political, and religious organizations.
