Dina Brilliant graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington Indiana with a BS in Business and a minor in psychology. Ms. Brilliant then obtained her Law degree at Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, KY. Since graduating from Law School in 1993, Ms. Brilliant has been practicing in the area of Worker's Compensation.
