Raised on the East Coast, Ashley attended the University of Vermont earning a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism. After graduation, she worked in the snowboarding industry, and in 2014, she enrolled at Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles. In 2017, Ashley earned a Juris Doctor, passed the California Bar Exam, and began working as an Associate Attorney for Action Sports Law Group (ASLG) in Oceanside, California. At ASLG, she specialized in athlete immigration law, contract review, and various sports-related issues, working with top professional athletes globally. Jim Guse is a leader in the firm’s Insurance Coverage practice group and provides guidance to other practice groups on matters of insurance coverage. In addition to insurance, he is experienced in construction defect and general business litigation. Jim has represented his clients in administrative hearings as well as state and federal courts, including argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.
