In 2010, Ashley graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. Ashley first joined Gilroy and Napoli in 2004 as an office assistant. While a law student, Ashley worked for Gilroy and Napoli as a law clerk. In 2011, she joined Gilroy and Napoli full-time as an associate attorney.
