Milissa R. Tipton-Dunkins was born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas. She received a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She has been admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Western District of Oklahoma, and the Supreme Court. She has extensive experience in complex immigration matters and representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and those in Deportation/Removal Proceedings before the United States Department of Justice’s Immigration Courts (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).

Emphasis on civil rights, criminal defense and consumer rights. Admitted to practice in Oklahoma (1977) and Texas (2004). Have had about 100 jury trials

Ryan Y. Cunningham is a founding partner of Cunningham & Mears. Mr. Cunningham devotes his practice to protecting the rights of injured Oklahoma residents. In addition to assisting injured clients, Mr. Cunningham endeavors to improve personal injury representation by speaking on issues related to personal injury law to attorneys in continuing legal education courses and to law students.

Tony Edwards was born and raised in McAlester and has devoted himself to serving the legal needs of the people in his home area. He received his undergraduate degree in sociology and psychology from East Central University in Ada and then went to Oklahoma University College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1982.
