My law partner and myself have been practicing law in Wake County for 20 years. We are a small law firm that gives individualized attention to our client's when they need it most.

Whitney Hosey focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, estate and trust planning, and communication and privacy law. At Wake Forest, Whitney served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, and has published numerous articles with the Journal.

Whitney earned her B.A. in History and Government from the University of Virginia. After graduating, she worked as an advertising executive in New York City where she managed advertising campaigns for Lowes Home Improvement and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Whitney is a devoted UVA fan and enjoys reading.

As a small dedicated law firm, we represent clients involved in marital disputes. Our knowledge of the law allows us to aggressively represent you when you need someone on your side. We represent people who need help in the following Domestic/Family Law areas: family and domestic law including; child custody, support, alimony, divorce, and property distribution.

Hayes was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina and graduated from James Kenan High School in 1998. Hayes attended Hampden-Sydney College in Central Virginia where he met his future wife Emily. A graduate of Campbell University School of Law, Hayes was active in the Honor Court and was elected Cheif Justice of the Honor Court his 3L year. Hayes and Emily reside in Duplin County with their son Miller. In his spare time Hayes can be found running the backroads of Duplin County. He also enjoys fishing and hunting.

I concentrate in the areas of Local Government Law, Foreclosures, Civil Litigation, Document Preparation, and Business Law, and I am available to assist with most matters other than domestic disputes, criminal cases, disability, workers compensation, bankruptcy, or tax law.

Jeremy concentrates in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, social security and medical malpractice. He has tried cases in the Superior and District Courts as well as before the Industrial Commission and Administrative Law Judges. In 2003, Jeremy received the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Highest Civilian Honor. Jeremy received his undergraduate degree from St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, North Carolina and his law degree from Widener University in Delaware. In addition to being licensed as an Attorney, Jeremy also holds a Real Estate Sales License and is certified as both a mediator and arbitrator.

J. Thomas West, Attorney at Law, graduated cum laude and ranked second in his graduating class from Campbell University School of Law. While in law school he received the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for outstanding scholastic achievement; Am Jur Book Awards for Contracts, Wills, Trusts, Federal Estate Taxation and Federal Gift Taxation; Campbell School of Law Academic Scholarship; was awarded the J. Shepherd Bryan Scholarship; was a candidate member of the Campbell Law Review, a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Linda has devoted her entire legal career to helping families in crisis solve often difficult and deeply personal issues. She only practices family law. While Linda does have extensive trial experience, she is a firm believer that court is the last place a family law case should be resolved and prides herself on being a creative and solutions-oriented lawyer.
