I received my law degree from North Carolina Central University and now practice in Durham County and surrounding counties. I specialize in guardianship law, estate planning and real estate partitions. As a solo practitioner, I am the person who interacts with my clients, not a staff member. Mr. Hostetler also teaches educational law, policy, ethics, and leadership in Appalachian State University’s Leadership and Education Studies program.
