Stephen J. Penino is a graduate of both Fordham University and the Fordham University School of Law. He commenced the practice of law in 1985 as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorneyâs Office in New York City. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
