Andrew Safranko is a founding partner and attorney with LaMarche Safranko Law PLLC focusing on personal injury litigation and criminal defense in both state and federal courts. J. Rochelle Cavanagh joined McNamee Lochner P.C. in 2017, and works in the Family and Matrimonial Law practice group. Rochelle is an experienced civil litigator who has been practicing since 2009. She has focused her practice on matrimonial law, family court matters including custody, support and divorce actions.

Our office consists of six people - 3 lawyers, two paralegals and one strictly clerical person. In addition to being a lawyer, I am and have been in various businesses, real estate development and ownership,and am an active pilot. We try to accomplish our client's goals in the least expensive and least adversairal way possible, but unfortunatley that is not always possible and thus we are fully equipped to litigate the result.

Max Smelyansky, who grew up in Bethlehem, graduated from Manhattan College earning a Bachelor of Science with a major in economics. He then graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, in Maryland. After graduating from law school, Max Smelyansky developed his law practice in Albany, specializing in Traffic Defense Law, Personal Injury Law, Landlord / Tenant Law, Family Law and Estate Planning Law.

For over 20 years Mark earned his living racing at over 50 race tracks, from as far north as Three Rivers, Quebec to as far south as Tampa, Florida. Mark has been a two time track champion at the legendary Lebanon Valley Speedway and was inducted into the Hall of Fame at that facility in 2010. Mark received his Juris doctorate from the University Of Dayton School Of Law in 1996 and was admitted to the bar in New York State in 1997. He has been practicing law ever since.

Prior to re-opening his office in the town of Coeymans, George served as General Counsel to Carver Companies, a group of closely held corporations and limited liability companies within upstate New York and Charleston, South Carolina.

Immediately before that, he served as a Federal Administrative Law Judge for the Social Security Administration.

He has extensive experience working in policy making positions at every level of government, including the local level, the state level, and the federal level, and served as the liaison between the Department of Defense and the American Bar Association from 2010 through 2011.
