Mr. Mullin has been a mediator of complex civil disputes for 20 years, and has been a full-time mediator for over a decade. Mr. Mullin has completed over 3,600 mediations across the country, and typically mediates more than 300 disputes per year. He has been honored with inductions into the International Academy of Mediators, the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. Borchers is the great granddaughter of Arthur Smith Churchill, a veteran of the Civil War who was Nebraska Attorney General in the 1890s. Other family members have been noted community leaders, such as her great grandfather, Ernst Stuht, an Omaha pioneer and member of the Omaha City Council in the 1890s, her father, William C. Stuht and grandfather, Clinton Briggs Stuht, both of whom worked in Omaha real estate.
