Jared earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he focused on litigation, mediation, family law, and employment law. During law school, Jared gained valuable legal experience working as a Senior-Certified Student Guardian ad Litem for the UNL Children’s Justice Clinic where he represented children subjected to abuse or neglect by a parent. He also worked as a legal intern for the Project Harmony/Foster Care Review Office which oversees all Nebraska youth in out-of-home placements. Robert was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and his law degree from The University of Nebraska College of Law. He has worked for Cada Law since he was an undergraduate student. Robert is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Catholic Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (NATA), Lincoln Independent Business Association and has been elected a state delegate to the Nebraska Republican party. Robert is also a member of the Holy Name Society at Immaculate Conception Church and is a third-degree Knight of Columbus.

A graduate of Davidson College, David holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee. For several years he taught Psychology at the University level, and he worked in a psychiatric setting. Subsequently, he attended law school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. David joined the firm in 1991, and is a partner.
