Peng received his B.A. from the University of Nebraska Omaha, M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and J.D. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law. During his law school, Peng clerked for the Nebraska Department of Labor and UNL Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.
