Mr. Toohey's practice over the years has included representation of Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, Banks, School Districts, Townships, Boroughs, Zoning Hearing Boards and Private Corporations; as well as private individuals and entities. In addition to representing clients, Mr. Toohey has also been a Hearing Officer in the areas of Civil Service, Tax Appeal, Employment, Divorce, and School law.

Dean Phillips is an attorney that focuses his practice in corporate and business representation, real estate, and civil litigation. Dean prides himself on his responsiveness and attention to detail. Dean is a 2019 graduate of Allegheny College where he received a bachelor's degree in History, with honors. In 2022, Dean graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar later that year. Dean is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Brandon K. Meyer has been practicing law since 2006. He received his law degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2005. Prior to that, he graduated magna cum laude with a political science degree from Allegheny College in 2002. After graduating from law school, Attorney Meyer clerked for the Honorable John D. Kuhn, President Judge of the Adams County Court of Common Pleas in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Ms. Longer is a graduate of Villanova Law School and has been practicing in Lancaster County for over 15 years, after several years as a corporate attorney. Ms. Longer has significant appellate experience and welcomes referrals from other attorneys whose practice does not include appeals. Prior to joining the Bar in Lancaster County, Ms. Longer was the Vice President and General Counsel of Intelligent Electronics, Inc., a publicly-traded national franchisor and distributor of computer products.

I joined Reager & Adler following the completion of a clerkship position with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before going to law school, I served honorably in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician for the B-1B Bomber. My focus areas are real estate transactions, business law and advisory services, estate planning and administration, land use, zoning, and municipal law. I live in the Harrisburg area with my wife and children, and I enjoy hiking, wood working, and metal detecting.

I am a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where I served as Editor of the Law Review. I have been in continuous practice since October of 1984. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
