Joseph S. Hughes is 1993 graduate of the State University of New York School of Law. He has been actively practicing law since. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. The practice is concenctrated in the area of immigration, sociala security disability, criminal defense, divorce and custody matters, insurance claims and personal taxation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics, graduating cum laude from Eastern Illinois University, with a minor in pre-law studies.
