Tim Slais graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. In 1995, he became a Michigan State Police Trooper, and he was assigned to the South Haven Post where he investigated both traffic and criminal complaints. After being shot in the line of duty, Tim retired from the State Police in 2005, and he went on to study law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Caitlin Gillies has been with Murphy & Spagnuolo, P.C. since October 2023. Ms. Gillies has experience with a variety of legal issues, including municipal prosecution, workers’ compensation defense, and civil litigation. Ms. Gillies graduated cum laude from Olivet College before going on to graduate with her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University College of Law, where she served as a legal intern for the Lima Public Defender Clinic. Todd Bailey is a general practitioner who represents individuals and businesses with their legal needs.
