James M. Owen, Jr. graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in 1993 and received his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 1999. He was admitted to the Washington bar in 1999, the Oregon bar in 2007, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Brumbaugh is the senior shareholder of Walstead Mertsching. He joined the firm in 1992 and has been a shareholder since 1996. He primarily represents victims of motor vehicle collisions and medical malpractice. He is licensed in Washington and Oregon and practices in both State and Federal trial and appellate courts. He has successfully argued before the Washington State Supreme Court. His areas of focus include: wrongful death claims; automobile, motorcycle and trucking collisions; medical and nursing home malpractice; and defective product claims.

I manage the Coeur d' Alene branch of Winston & Cashatt, a regional mid-sized law firm based in Spokane, Washington. I am licensed to practice in Washington and Idaho, and represent both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of personal injury, product liability, medical negligence, construction defect, and insurance coverage.

Gregory Price has litigated personal injury and wrongful death claims in Oregon and Washington for over 33 years. He graduated with honors from OSU in 1982, with a Major in Business Administration and Minor in Behavioral Sciences. In 1985 he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law. He became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 1985 and the Washington State Bar in 1987. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington.

I focus my litigation practice at Bennett Bigelow & Leedom. on medical malpractice defense and insurance defense litigation. I began my trial practice as a prosecuting attorney in 2007, litigating felony and misdemeanor criminal jury trials. I transitioned to civil litigation in 2010 and expanded my practice to include representing clients in business litigation and personal injury disputes. I am admitted to practice before all Washington and Idaho state and federal courts. I also volunteer as a Board Member on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities Spokane.
