Attorney Adams, born in Montgomery, AL, graduated from Oberlin College in Ohio, and moved to Washington, DC to attend American University's Washington College of Law. Following graduation from American, Attorney Adams became a member of the Maryland and DC bars. Her primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Corporate, Contracts, Probate, and, recently, Civil Litigation. Her philosophy is "I will always work diligently and in good faith to protect, advise and educate my clients."

Charles currently focuses his practice on workers' compensation and personal injury law, representing those injured on the job and those injured due to do someone else's negligence. His practice area covers the entire state of Maryland.

Jason Plotkin joined the Pinder Legal Team in 2012. He also teaches Business Law at Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland. Douglas S. Walker represents businesses in a variety of corporate matters. His practice includes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, joint ventures, drafting and negotiating employment agreements and buy-sell agreements, and general business planning. Mr. Walker also represents individuals and developers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. His real estate practice includes representing clients in real estate development, financing, acquisition and the preparation and negotiation of declarations, easements and other real estate development documents. I have been practicing since December 2003. Mainly, I practice in estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, and Probates. I also prepare Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, and other estate planning instruments. In addition, I handle adoptions, name changes, and contract reviews, as well as some landlord-tenant issues.

Along with working as an attorney, I have been an adjunct professor with the College of Southern Maryland since 2007. Currently, I teach Business Law I.

Anjelica is a litigation associate who graduated with an Honors Concentration from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. As a law student she was competitively selected for a journal position in Hofstra’s Family Court Review. During her second year she was promoted to Managing Editor of Articles. Anjelica moved around as a Navy child finally landing in St. Mary’s County her freshman year of high school where she attended Great Mills High School.

Prior to embarking on her legal career Ms. Sausville spent more than a decade with the National Cancer Institute and its contractors working in various facets of oncology drug discovery and development (publications available upon request). More recently Ms. Sausville provided regulatory and legal support for the oncology clinical trials work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. In support of her clients' needs, Ms. Sausville combines her background and experience in science, public health and the law. Working as a solo practitioner, Ms. Sausville brings personal attention to every client.

Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .
