Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. Before that, his 13 year career in the Navy included naval service as a nuclear trained submarine warfare officer.
