Jesse earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Louisville in 2009. During law school he was awarded a limited legal practice license and worked for the Louisville Commonwealth's Attorney office.

He began working for Robert Cooley in 2010 focusing primarily on personal injury and bankruptcy cases. Jesse's advanced knowledge of technology and computer systems helped grow the law practice quickly. Five years later the pair founded Cooley & Offill.

Cooley & Offill has grown to become a regional law firm with three offices in Louisville, Lexington, and Owensboro.

Johnathan has been licensed in KY state courts, the federal court in the Eastern District of KY, and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals since 2002. Jenny was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky. She attended Center College for undergraduate studies, where she graduated with a B.A. in International Studies. After college, Jenny spent a year in Japan teaching English through the JET Programme. When she returned, she started from the ground-up in the legal field, performing duties as a file clerk for an insurance defense firm before attending law school, then later served as a law clerk for the same firm in Louisville, Kentucky.
