Mark Hutton cofounded and is the current Managing Partner of Hutton & Hutton Law Firm, LLC. He earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Washburn University. Mark has been practicing personal injury law and litigation for over 34 years, including cases involving auto accidents, mass torts, and medical malpractice. His track record contains numerous multi-million dollar awards to clients, including a $23 million verdict in a baby brain damage case in which he served as lead counsel. Mark is a proven advocate and one of the most respected trial attorneys in the nation.

I have practiced law in Kansas since 1995, and my primary area of focus is family law with emphasis on contested child custody proceedings. I have appeared in more than 50 different Kansas counties, and tried hundreds of cases to the Court. I have argued more than 30 appeals, and tried more than 20 jury trials.

I completed trial advocacy and appellate advocacy training with the United States Department of Justice, and the mediation training for the State of Kansas. I have helped more than 500 clients with divorces, custody matters, paternity matters and adoptions.

Monica S. Cameron began her legal career working as a legal assistant in a family law firm during college. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washburn University and earned a full-tuition scholarship to Washburn Law School. Monica gained trial experience as an Assistant District Attorney before opening her own law practice. Monica has managed her own firm for over ten years. Monica was a Limited Case Manager for several years, mediating agreement between parents and testifying in contested custody case. Her practice focuses exclusively on family law cases.

Attorney Gregory A. Schwartz is a native of Hays and lifelong Kansan, and is proud to be working and raising his family in the community where he himself grew up.
