I clerked for a Union County judge in the civil division in Union County to start my career. I then had the pleasure to learn criminal trial litigation at the Somerset County Prosecutors Office for nearly four years.

Over the last twenty years my practice has focused on helping individuals in workers compensation litigation, personal injury litigation, social security disability and municipal and juvenile court matters.

Victoria Rehrer is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. After graduating from law school she worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph L. Foster, J.S.C., Superior Court, Ocean County. Since then, she has engaged in private practice concentrated in the area of Family Law, including but not limited to Divorce, alimony, child custody, parenting time, child support, mediation, domestic violence, post judgment motion practice, applications for support modification, college contribution allocations and various other issues. Victoria is an active member of the Ocean County Bar Association, Family Law Part, New Jersey State Bar Association.

Michael Maher is a former Senior Bergen County Assistant Prosecutor who will use his extensive criminal trial experience to defend criminal,municipal court,and traffic charges. He also handles Family Law, Landlord/Tenant,and Personal Injury cases.

Jerry Elashmawy was raised in Bergen County and has developed a wide range of realtionshps in the community. Mr. Elashmawy is an active trial attorney that is dedicated to advocating for his clients.
