Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.

I graduated cum laude from Drake University Law School where I was Chairman of our Moot Court Team, arguing in national competition. I greatly enjoyed learning the law and was a member of, and wrote for the Drake Law Review. In my third year the University allowed me to double my academic hours and graduate a semester early, which had not before been extended to a Drake law student. Travis focuses on labor and employment law, business law, and estate planning. He’s licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Travis graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he made Dean’s List seven terms and was a Law Journal executive editor. He and his wife Betsie, a public school teacher, live in Bloomington, Indiana, with their four children. Much of their free time is spent working on their small family farm.

Chase and his wife, Alyssa, live in the Franklin Township with their two children, Wilder and Indiana, as well as their two dogs, Rita and Jeff. Chase is an admitted nerd and sports fanatic who played soccer, wrestled, and ran track before going to college. Currently, he focuses his practice on representing accident victims and those who have had their civil rights violated, with the goal of obtaining fair compensation for their losses.
