Clifton Dennis was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in October 2009. He received his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2009. In addition, Clifton received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington with distinction in 2006, receiving his Bachelors of Science in Public Affairs, with a concentration in Legal Studies.

Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Chase Law School in 1986. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

David Hatfield has focused his entire career on personal injury law and litigation. He is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of injury victims. Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014.
