I handle appeals in all federal and Indiana state appellate courts, in both civil and criminal proceedings. Besides Indiana courts, I also practice regularly in the the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits, and have also worked on appeals in most of the other federal circuits as well as the United States Supreme Court. Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.
