I am a criminal defense attorney practicing in Boise, Idaho. My firm handles any and all types of criminal cases, including DUI, Domestic Violence, Theft, and Sexual Offenses. After 42 years serving as an attorney, I've recently retired from active practice. But I still meet with my partners, Daniel Patchin and Ben Monaghan, at least a couple times each week to discuss current challenges and recent changes in the areas of estate planning and probate.
