I represent people and companies facing inquiries by government agencies. I have more than 30 years experience dealing with government both as an attorney representing clients and as a federal prosecutor. I have extensive experience with inquiries regarding multiple agencies, such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, the New York State Attorney General's Office, the NY Department of Taxation and Finance, the US and NY Department of Labor as well as various district attorneys and United States Attorneys.

I served as counsel for New York City Children'ss Services for approximately two years. During that time, I was responsible for a high volume caseload, from inception to conclusion. While representing New York State I ran the gambit of hearings (pre and post dispositional), motion practice, trial procedure, and appealable issues. My practice focuses on advising financial institutions and FinTech companies on regulatory matters, responding to government regulatory inquiries and civil enforcement actions, and representing companies and individuals in government investigations and criminal prosecutions.

I previously worked as a federal prosecutor in the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, I led hundreds of grand jury investigations into violations of federal law, including money laundering, securities fraud, bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud and civil and criminal asset-forfeiture actions.

Mr. Kyce Siddiqi is the principal attorney and owner of The Law Firm of Kyce Siddiqi. With over a decade of legal and criminal justice experience, Mr. Siddiqi is a decorated former (retired) NYPD Police Officer and international rule of law advisor. Mr. Siddiqi practices immigration and asylum law.
