I retired from the Air Force in the grade of colonel after having served 29 1/2 years active duty. I was a three-time commander at the detachment, squadron and group levels. My first passion is caring about and caring for families in the broader community because they are the foundation of our nation. My other passion is to continue what I did while on active duty - caring about and caring for servicemembers, federal civil servants and families -- whether still serving or in retirement -- in honor of their contributions to our nation.

Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, Jennifer was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where she worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen.

Charla Davies is recognized for her client-centered approach and dedication to guiding families through complex legal matters—including divorce, child custody, child support, and enforcement of court orders. Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Charla empowers clients to reach resolutions that prioritize their family’s well-being and long-term stability.

Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School where he was elected into the prestigious Order of the Coif. After law school, Kevin worked for the law firm of Latham & Watkins in their Midtown Manhattan offices, where he was trained by some of the best lawyers in the world in the fields of complex commercial litigation and negotiation.
