I am Timothy Daniel, a caring Senior Associate Attorney at Stange Law Firm, based in our Austin, Texas office. I am ready to represent clients throughout Travis County and the surrounding areas.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law, now known as Texas A&M School of Law, in Fort Worth, TX, in May of 2005. During my time in law school, I was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, and I completed four law-related internships. Before law school, I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington in August of 2000, where I was in the top 6% of my class and a member of three honors societies.

Before joining the Austin, Texas divorce and family lawyers at Stange Law Firm, I most recently worked as an attorney for a busy family law firm in Austin, focusing on high asset divorces. In this role, I managed various family law matters and honed my skills in settling high-conflict cases. Prior to that, I worked as an attorney for another family law firm in Round Rock, TX, focusing on contested divorces and custody battles. Earlier in my career, I served as an attorney for two Texas-based general practice law firms, as well as running my own consumer debt law practice in Santa Fe, NM, where I built a solid foundation in legal practices. Throughout my career, I have always communicated compassionately with clients, and I am prepared to assist you with your divorce or family law matter.
