Graduate of South Texas College of Law in 1994. Practiced in Houston until relocating to North East Texas. Successful 25 year plus track record in representing clients interest and protecting their rights in highly contested litigation cases in both Texas and Arkansas. Civil cases have ranged from highly contested family/divorce/custody matters to complex business litigation. Additionally, I have defended clients in both Federal and State Courts in a wide range of cases including white collar, murder, aggravated assault, conspiracy, DWI and drug related matters.

As a board certified specialist in family law, I diligently and zealously represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, complex property division and retirement, custody and support, alimony, adoptions, as well as modification of prior court orders.

Another area of emphasis is wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate and administration of estates.
