Ms. Longer is a graduate of Villanova Law School and has been practicing in Lancaster County for over 15 years, after several years as a corporate attorney. Ms. Longer has significant appellate experience and welcomes referrals from other attorneys whose practice does not include appeals. Prior to joining the Bar in Lancaster County, Ms. Longer was the Vice President and General Counsel of Intelligent Electronics, Inc., a publicly-traded national franchisor and distributor of computer products.

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Mr. Samley graduated from Millersville University with honors in Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics. He received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Samley is a former adjunct instructor for Penn State York where he taught courses in Debtor/Creditor Law, Commercial Law, Corporations and Partnerships, and Understanding and Writing Legal Documents for the Business Professional. Andre Dover was born and raised in Philadelphia where he attended Central High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law Mr. Dover was employed with the Federal Bureau of Prisons for 12+ years, served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Gwendolyn Blue, Camden County Superior Court, and Commissioner Mark S.
