I started practicing law right out of law school in 2005 with Mooney Law. I am now a partner with the firm and have experience in most every facet of general practice. Our firm is client centric, which means your experience with our firm is our top priority.

My office was founded in Millersburg, Dauphin County in 1951 by Attorney Allen Shaffer. Since I joined the Firm in 1999, I took over as managing partner in 2001 and later as sole shareholder in 2006. The office has expanded from a two lawyer firm to a four attorney firm and moved to Harrisburg. Hilary Vesell is a trial attorney, concentrating in family matters and civil litigation. Hilary has BA in psychology and MA in clinical psychology both from Columbia University. Her JD is from the University of Miami, School of Law. Hilary represents clients in all family law issues including child custody cases, parental alienation cases, domestic violence issues, protection from abuse orders (PFAs). Anne has been a practicing attorney since 2007. She began her work by clerking for the now President Judge of the Lancaster Court of Common Pleas, the Honorable Dennis Reinaker. Anne then pursued her legal career helping individuals who are unable to afford attorney on their own as a trial attorney in the Lancaster County Public Defenders Office. Anne along with her husband Eric, are partners at Gibson Law Group, LLC. She practices Family Law including Divorce and Child Custody, in addition to handling DUI and other Criminal Law matters.

Ben graduated in 2004 from Lycoming College and received his Juris Doctorate in 2011 from Widener University School of Law. At Widener, Ben completed the seven-day Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, which is designed to sharpen trial advocacy skills. During law school, Ben clerked for the Harrisburg personal injury firm, Handler, Henning, and Rosenberg while taking evening classes.
