I have a joint degree (MBA and JD) from Willamette University. My practice focuses primarily on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law. I represent many business owners who want to retain or wind down their businesses through the bankruptcy process. I do not do Chapter 11 business reorg work.

Tom was born and raised in Pendleton, Oregon. In 1982 he graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland with a degree in psychology. Prior to attending Northwestern School of Law, Tom worked for four years, including two years as a legal assistant at this firm. While attending law school, he also worked as a law clerk for the firm. In 1989 Tom graduated from law school, magna cum laude. Amy Fassler is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Tualatin. During her last year in law school, Amy worked as a certified law student at Community Legal Services, assisting low income clients on family law matters. Attorney Sarah M. Litowich is an Oregonian through and through with roots in rural eastern Oregon and the Willamette Valley.
