Jeff Leuschen is licensed to practice law in Nebraska and provides representation throughout eastern Nebraska. His practice is focused in the areas of criminal defense, family law, juvenile law, and civil litigation. He understands that whether you are charged with a crime, going through a divorce or custody action, or had someone breach a contract, that it is on the forefront of your mind. I primarily practice in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile law, and public health law. I also handle some other types of matters, including estate planning/probate, guardianships/conservatorships, name changes, adoptions, nonprofit corporation formation, and personal injury. I practice in many counties in South Central Nebraska, including Buffalo, Sherman, Kearney, Franklin, Harlan Furnas, Gosper, Dawson, Hall, Adams and Red Willow Counties. I am originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota. I enjoy playing the cello, drag racing with my family, reading, travelling, and spending time with my husband and pets.
