Katherine Kühn

Katherine Kühn, a dedicated Associate Attorney, is committed to helping clients in Lancaster County, Nebraska, and nearby areas from the firm’s Lincoln office.

Katherine attended Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in May 2004. While in law school, she served as the President of the Women’s Law Student Association and participated in the Advanced Trial Court Competition and the Trial Court Competition. Before law school, Katherine attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in May 2001. Katherine is licensed to practice law in Nebraska.

Prior to joining the Lincoln, Nebraska divorce and family law attorneys at Stange Law Firm, Katherine most recently served as an attorney with the Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy, focusing on legal research, document preparation, and enforcement case evaluations. Before that, she served five years as a Deputy County Attorney in Dawson County, handling civil, juvenile, and misdemeanor matters, as well as advising county officials and representing the state in appellate court. Earlier in her career, Katherine worked as a partner at a law firm in Omaha, an independent contract attorney, and with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, where she investigated consumer complaints and conducted hearings. Her multi-state experience includes practicing in Tennessee and Oklahoma, where she worked on litigation, consumer debt negotiation, financial regulations, and foreclosure cases. Katherine’s broad background in litigation, regulatory work, and family law makes her a strong advocate for clients navigating complex legal matters.
